Step 1:
Register your request to receive a supply chain review by completing this form. You will then receive an email confirming your registration.
Step 2:
A member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements, and book you in for your online or in-person review. We will then send you your invoice. Once this is paid, you will be able to start your review.
Step 3:
Log in to your secure area, complete the checklist of key questions and upload requested documentary evidence, e.g. policies and procedures, for compliance checking.
Step 4:
On the agreed date, our reviewer will call or visit you to look into your recruitment and payroll procedures and assist you in conducting a confidential online worker survey (currently available in English, Spanish or Polish).
Step 5:
If risks are identified, further action and review may be necessary, including on-site visits. We will discuss this with you after your initial review.
Step 6:
If no further action is required, we will issue you with a date-stamped electronic certification and a printed certificate for the year. As your year-end approaches, we will send a reminder to book your next review.
