Organisations
The process of engaging SOS is very straightforward. Any company or other organisation that wants to be able to reassure customers and employees that, to the best of their knowledge and ability, their workforce and supply chains are free of exploitation can simply register with us via our web site.
This triggers an agreement that the company will permit SOS to set up a review of its direct and subcontract labour arrangements (remote or in person) and to conduct awareness campaigns and training about modern slavery with company staff.
An invoice for the selected services is then raised for payment. Payment of the invoice will lead to our contacting you to arrange your review. The cost of the review and the range of activity covered is dependent on how many workers (direct, agency and subcontracted) there are in your organisation, as follows:
- 1-20 (company audit and basic labour supply chain analysis) £360+VAT
- 21-50 (company audit and one subcontractor) £540+VAT
- 51-200 (company audit and two subcontractors) £720+VAT
- 201-500 (company audit and three subcontractors) £840+VAT
- 501+ (company audit and three subcontractors) £1,200+VAT
If the review does not raise any concerns, SOS will issue an electronic date-stamped Stamp Out Slavery certification for you to download and use on your website, email footers and letterhead for the following twelve months.
If the review identifies suspected modern slavery or a risk of modern slavery, SOS will signpost you to appropriate remedial action and sources of additional support.
You can request a second review within the year and once all is clear, receive your downloadable SOS certification for use over the following twelve months.
As your renewal date approaches, SOS will contact you to make arrangements for a new annual review.
SOS will donate 20% of fees received from these services to its nominated Charity of the Year, UNSEEN
